我的晚餐呢！未接到外送司必買清單機電話 遭銷毀
使用外送APP訂晚餐，現在不僅沒吃到，連費用也無法退！日前台北張小姐訂了416元的晚餐，以往司機都會按門鈴或是不斷打電話，但這回過了一段時間，發現有未接來電再回撥，晚餐直接被取消、而且餐點也被司機銷毀了，僅告知消費者這是公司SOP，但讓張小姐實在很傻眼，因為一開始下單時都沒有特別標註。
遇上這情況真的是完全傻了，因為在訂餐時，就已經刷卡付款，只是詢問外送APP客服，他們強調司機是根據公司的sop等10分鐘後，聯繫不上客戶，就可以依照規定自行銷毀；而合作餐廳因為當初簽約，就是協助準時出餐，後端了外送就由他們全權負責。
其實看看目前的外送APP，幾乎都是以電話聯繫等候10分鐘，接著餐點不會退回餐廳，都是司機他們自行處理，後端的訂單取消問題，以及退費規則，在下訂單時的頁面，都沒有詳細標註清楚。這也難怪讓張小姐又氣又無奈，因為晚餐不僅吃不到，連費用也拿不回來，更讓人搞不清楚，標榜服務的APP，這後端機制是否有瑕疵。
